With over six decades of experience, we provide the full scope of architectural services - from initial concept design through to successful construction completion. Our expertise also includes architectural master planning, offering strategic frameworks that guide complex developments and large-scale sites with foresight and clarity. Recognizing that projects differ in scope, we offer services such as architects of record, delivering flexible partial services such as regulatory compliance, technical documentation, project coordination, as well as design review services, and dilapidation inspection and reporting.

URBAN DESIGN

Our passion for Urban Design and Development began in 2001 with the inception of Tubungu Estate. Since then, we have grown our portfolio to include over seventeen township developments - many influenced by our roles not only as designers but also as developers. This combination gives us a unique perspective on what leads a project to success from concept through to completion.

Having experienced these dual roles first hand, we bring a blend of strategic focus and genuine empathy to every project. We fully understand the priorities of developers, stakeholders, and future residents.
